Suncoast College is a large School on the Sunshine Coast with over 900 students and over 100 staff with most students needing to have internet access for their schooling, plus all the staff need access and then the general operations across the school community need access. Since engaging with Freedom Broadband, it has been the best internet experience our college has ever had. I heard about Freedom from a friend, and so I called the Connection Crew and one of the team came out immediately. I have had nothing but good service and good communication. I then added my mobile phone to the Freedom service bundle, and I have absolutely no complaints. It’s been easy, good service and any time I have called for help it’s been there, immediately.Having that reliability of service is first and foremost, secondly that we are getting the speeds that we were promised and thirdly, if we do have any issues or questions, that they are resolved or answered straight away. Freedom Broadband ticks all those boxes. At our office, we have been with Freedom for 3 years and it hasn’t missed a beat, and we have multiple users on the network, all the time. It’s just been fantastic. Why would you look anywhere else? Really your name is perfect because it’s given us the Freedom that we were looking for. I recently had the Riverdance Apartments’ Office and Manager’s residence, as well as several of the apartments in the Holiday Rental Pool, connected to the NBN via Freedom BroadBand. The whole process of changing internet providers was really easy, and the backup help was phenomenal. I am not technology minded nor am I computer savy, but Peter and the team, really helped me and answered all my questions. Both myself and the unit owners as well as the unit users are incredibly happy.

One of Suncoast Church’s biggest ministries is Suncoast Care, which every week, feeds thousands of families, hundreds of homeless people and supports thousands of students through the school feeding program. Obviously with our operations, having stable internet is important but beyond that, the support that comes to Suncoast Care through the Freedom Broadband Charity Plan, has been such a big help, with every single dollar going toward feeding hungry people. The best thing about Freedom is that you don’t have any dropouts. But if something does happen, you guys, are just a phone call away. If you are with one of the bigger companies, you can wait two to three hours on hold, waiting for tech support.I am happy to recommend them to anyone who is considering using their services.

After months of ongoing issues with Belong including a couple of occasions with no internet for up to a week at a time when having to home school 4 kids and work from home (and being faced with just a recorded message when we called Belong which said there was no one to take the call and to email them .... which we did and got an auto reply that they would be in touch in 10 days!!) we decided to seek out an alternate internet provider. We chose Freedom and could not be happier- faster speeds, no internet drop out, cheaper than previous provider, someone local who we can speak to when we need to - and some of the profits go to a nominated charity! so happy- thank you Freedom!!!
